Which post made the money

Visits, email addresses, payments and revenue, cut by post, by day and by platform, with refunds taken out.

The free plan shows you visits and conversion rates. Pro, at $15 a month, adds the earnings, broken down by post, by day and by platform.

Four numbers

Visits, email addresses collected, payments taken, and revenue, for any period you pick, and the conversion rates between them.

Two thousand visits and eleven email addresses is a page problem. Forty visits and nine email addresses is a traffic problem. Only the ratio tells you which one you have.

The four numbers as a funnel. Of 1,204 visits, 86 left an email address and 22 of those paid, earning 312 dollars. Illustrative figures. Visits 1,204 7.1% left an email address Emails 86 26% of those paid Paid 22 after refunds are taken out $312 earned
Illustrative figures, not real ones. The visit count and the two conversion rates are the free plan. The revenue line is Pro.

By post, by day, by platform

  • By post means by the label on the tracked link, which is the reason to label a YouTube description separately from a pinned comment.
  • By day, which is how you find out that Tuesday is worth more than Sunday, or that the trend you spotted was one good post.
  • By platform, added up from the links, plus a best-effort guess at visits with no code on them.

All three carry the same four columns. The earnings columns are Pro.

What it leaves out

Money you gave back

Refunded and disputed payments are excluded from revenue everywhere. Not footnoted, not greyed out, excluded.

Robots

Crawlers and link-preview fetchers do not count as visits. Counting the bot that builds a preview card when your link is pasted into a chat would deflate every conversion rate on the page.

What it will not tell you

Who the visitor was. No profiles, no cross-site identity, no device fingerprinting. The report knows a visit arrived on a link, and that an email address or a payment followed.

How the links themselves work.
