Their email addresses. You can already post, DM, run a broadcast channel or push a notification, but all of that is delivered by the platform, only when it decides to, and none of it survives the account. An email address you have exported does.

As many as people give you. The form keeps collecting, and every address is stored with its consent record. Free lets you read and export the first five; the rest are held masked until you upgrade to Pro at $15 a month. We hold them for twelve months while you decide.

The email address, the name if you asked for one, the moment they consented, what they were consenting to, and the tracked link they arrived on. The consent record is your proof that they opted in.

You connect your own Stripe account once, during setup. Every charge is created on that account, so the money is in your Stripe balance the moment a supporter pays. Stripe pays out to your bank on your usual schedule.

If we ever change the price you get 30 days' notice by email first, and you can leave before it takes effect.

Stripe's own processing fee, out of your Stripe balance, exactly as it would be if you took the payment on your own site. You pay Stripe's own rate. Your rate is on Stripe's pricing page, and our fees compared page does the sum against a percentage.

Your money is beyond our reach. The charge is created on your connected account, so your balance sits with Stripe and stays there. Your relationship over the money is with Stripe, and Stripe's own rules still apply to your account, as they would anywhere.

It can be. Your page holds up to ten links, so it does the job your old one did. The difference is what sits above them, starting with a sign-up form and a payment block, so a visitor can leave you an email address or pay you rather than only tapping through. If you want a directory of everything you have ever made, this is the wrong tool.

No. We collect the addresses; you export them to whatever you already send from: Mailchimp, ConvertKit, Beehiiv, Buttondown. Sending well is its own craft, with deliverability and spam complaints attached, so you are better served by a tool built for it.

Support, and one file. Your page takes tips and monthly support, and it can sell a single PDF at a price you set. Beyond that, what you may accept money for is governed by Stripe's restricted businesses list rather than a stricter policy of ours. What you sell is yours to decide.

No. Attribution is a code in the link you share, in the form yourpage?r=code. Without a code we fall back to the referring site and the browser's user agent, which is a guess rather than a measurement. The code exists because the Instagram and TikTok in-app browsers sandbox cookies and strip the referrer, and that is where most of your traffic comes from.

Barely. Your photo, your name, your words, your links, and either a preset theme or a colour you choose. Our name appears once, small, at the bottom. It is built to load fast on a bad connection, because whoever taps your link is usually on one.

Yes. Export the addresses you can read as a CSV, then delete the account. That removes the page, the contacts and the analytics. Your Stripe account is yours and is untouched.
